Hey, it’s me again, just in time for the fall foliage to be out in full force. I love when the seasons change—it gives me an excuse to layer up and grab new fall gear. One reason I love my job as Chief Merchandising Officer (aka Chief Gear Nerd) is that I get a front row seat to everything we curate from around the world, and I get to help create the incredible gear we spend years building in-house. From an updated chronograph from the '60s to the best performance sweats our team’s ever made, here are the new drops I’ve loved the most this season.

I used to never wear sweats outside of the house… until I got this crewneck. Our in-house team at PROOF developed the soft, stretchy PatinaTech fabric from the ground up, then hit them with a mineral dye for a vintage look and feel. So they’re as comfortable as high-performance sweats, but stylish enough to work with the rest of my wardrobe—lately, I’ve been layering the sweatshirt with a chore coat.

Flint and Tinder took a military silhouette from the ’50s and updated it with Halley Stevensons waxed cotton ripstop—a water-resistant fabric that’s descended from sailors' jackets and WWII parachutes. On the inside, a lightweight layer of Primaloft insulation stays warm even when it's wet. Grab it in yellow to turn a gray day into your time to shine.

This year I finally added these handcrafted boots from Paraboot to my collection. They’re a high-top version of Paraboot’s iconic Michael derby, with the same chunky lug soles made from cushy Brazilian rubber. And like old-school mountaineering boots, they’re sewn together with a waterproof Norwegian welt.

This small-batch Shetland sweater is as cool as its name suggests. Made in Belgium from shaggy Scottish wool, it’s a classic look straight out of Take Ivy. The punchy colors can single-handedly freshen up your fall wardrobe.

My birthday’s in the fall, which is all the justification I need to splurge on this beauty. It’s a modern update to Hamilton’s signature watch from 1968, with a hand-wound movement for an old-school, mechanical feel. I love how each color on the face of these two-color chronos patinas slightly differently, which will only add to this watch’s uniqueness over the many, many years I wear it.

My team and I spent the past year curating The 2025 Huckberry Holiday Gift Guide, and the new gear we found is already selling quick—from Matty Matheson’s portable pizza oven to Japanese-made beanies. I know November just started, but the best gifts will go fast.
