Autumn is shirt season. Worn alone on the last mild days, under a knit once the mornings turn cold, and layered up on days that don't quite call for a jacket. Explore five of our shirts and overshirts, and what characterises them below.

Organic cotton, yarn-dyed basket weave by Somelos in Northern Portugal, less than an hour from the factory that tailors it. Crisp, breathable, and utterly timeless.

The Oxford Shirt >

Organic cotton twill flannel from TBM Tessuti Italiani. Brushed for a soft, warm hand, razor cut to prevent pilling. A supremely comfortable shirt for fall.

The Flannel Shirt >

Compact, washed 8.5oz organic cotton twill by Italian shirting specialist Albini. Relaunched this fall in a wider, boxier fit: a shirt on its own, an overshirt over a T-shirt.

The Denim Shirt >

A workwear piece in a substantial 308gsm Italian twill, woven by TBM Tessuti Italiani. The same cloth as The Twill Chino, should you want to wear them together.

The Overshirt >

Soft and dense, felted wool twill by iconic mill Manteco in Prato. The felting closes the surface of the cloth, so it holds warmth and sheds light rain without any coating.

The Wool Overshirt >

Natural fibres, heritage fabrics, expert craftsmanship — offered in up to three body lengths per size.
